Doors and Panels Enclosed racks include front and rear doors (solid or perforated) and side panels for security, dust protection, and airflow control. Open-frame racks may omit these for easier access . 9. Monitoring and Environmental Sensors Temperature, humidity, and power sensors can be integrated to monitor rack conditions, often connected to Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) systems for real-time alerts and analytics .
