  • Double Pole MCB (Main Switch): Controls the incoming supply and isolates the entire system.

    • Connect the live (phase) and neutral wires from the energy meter to the input terminals of the main double-pole MCB .
    • From the main MCB, connect the output to the RCD input terminals.

    • Connect the phase wire from the RCD output to the input of each single-pole MCB for individual circuits.
    • Connect the neutral wire from the RCD output to the neutral busbar.
    • Connect the earth wire to the earth busbar.
  6. Connect Loads:
    • For each circuit, connect the phase wire to the MCB output, and the neutral and earth wires to their respective busbars .
  7. Label Circuits: Clearly mark each MCB with the corresponding circuit (e.g., kitchen, lighting, AC) for easy identification during maintenance .
  8. Secure and Organize Wires: Use cable ties to neatly route wires inside the box, leaving space for heat dissipation and avoiding sharp edges .
